Document-review copilot
Internal copilot that reads contracts and flags risks for a legal ops team.
NDA. Summary on request.
A small senior team shipping MVPs, POCs, internal tools, and dashboards. Fast cadence, clean handoff, code you own. We use AI where it helps. Never where it doesn’t.

What we ship
The gap
The distance between a concept deck and a usable app is where teams get stuck. We close it. Fast, cleanly, and with code you actually want to keep.
Specs, mockups, and half-built prototypes. None of it compiles into something a customer can use.
Good enough for a pitch, not for a paying user. The polish gap is where most AI projects die.
Scope creep, vague requirements, and handoff friction turn a 6-week build into a 6-month one.
Agencies disappear on launch day. You inherit code you can't read and a product you can't extend.
What we build
Every build ships as real, shippable software. Designed, engineered, and handed off clean.
End-to-end builds for founders taking a product to early users. Auth, data, core workflows, deployment. Pitch-ready in 4 weeks.
Quick proofs that answer “does this work?” before you invest real engineering time. A working slice in your hands in about a week.
Admin panels and dashboards that replace five spreadsheets and a Slack thread. Built for the people who use them every day.
Analytics, reporting, and monitoring surfaces. Real-time when it matters, simple when it doesn't.
Background pipelines that move data, make decisions, and notify humans. We use AI where it's the right tool; otherwise, we don't.
Clean glue between your stack and the rest of the world. Stripe, HubSpot, custom APIs, internal services.
Selected work
Some projects are under NDA; others are in the open. Full case studies land here as clients go public.

A growing set of free tools: markdown editors, converters, typing trainers, cheatsheets. Built fast, in the open. The proving ground for our process.
New tools ship weekly.

How it works
No open-ended discovery, no agency theater. Five stages, designed to get you to a real, working product with minimal friction.
A focused kickoff to align on the real problem, the user, and what “done” looks like.
We translate the idea into a shippable scope, milestones, and a clear architecture.
Design and engineering move together, accelerated by our engineering harness. You see working software the first week, not mockups.
Weekly builds in your hands. We tighten, cut, and polish against real feedback.
Production deploy, docs, and a clean codebase your team can actually own.
Our harness
We built our own AI engineering harness, a pipeline that drives Claude Code through structured quality gates: spec, context, build, reconcile, tests, QA. It’s how we ship this fast without shipping broken. Published as @sweetlemonai/harness-ai. Open source, MIT licensed.
Every stage is a quality gate. Work can’t pass without the previous one clearing.
Pricing
Fixed scope for discrete builds, retainer for ongoing partnerships. No seats, no hidden charges.
Prove a concept fast, with a working slice real users can touch.
An end-to-end MVP, pitch-ready and usable from day one.
A deeper build for teams past the MVP and ready to scale.

FAQ
If yours isn’t here, the intake form below is the fastest way to ask.
Validation sprints run 1 to 2 weeks. MVPs land in 4 to 8 weeks depending on scope. We timebox aggressively and ship weekly.
Two things. First, we built our own engineering harness, a pipeline that drives our tooling through structured quality gates so what ships is production-ready, not prototype-quality. Second, we don’t lock you in: you own the code, we hand it off clean, and you can keep building without us.
Yes. You get the full repository, infrastructure, and credentials. We don’t lock you into any platform or keep anything behind a login only we control.
When it fits the problem, yes: agents, retrieval, copilots, classifiers, LLM-powered workflows. We pick models pragmatically. Plenty of our builds have no AI at all; we use the right tool for the job.
Yes. Design and engineering work together on every project. You don’t get a deck from one team and a codebase from another.
Mostly web: responsive web apps, admin tools, and portals. If a project genuinely needs native mobile, we’ll scope it honestly or recommend a partner.
We hand off cleanly: code, docs, and a walkthrough. Teams that want ongoing help move into a retainer; teams that want to take it in-house, can.
